The way I look at it is there is no new dirt in Seattle  My family has been investing in real estate in Seattle for around 40 years. Personal

I'm a Seattle native that grew up in Ballard from a family that has a passion for real estate. I love problem solving.  I've worked for the family business around our commercial and residential buildings in Seattle at different capacities since I was a kid. Finally evolving into a property manager and carpenter. I have worked with developers and run the gamet for permitting in Seattle for a 32-unit multi-family building.  I found a passion for development and building and enjoy sharing that knowledge and experience with clients to help them with their goals. What I've picked up allows me to look deeper into a home and what owning it may look like.
